About Prairie Rivers NetworkPrairie Rivers Network is a registered not-for-profit organization and Illinois' only statewide river conservation organization. We are the state affiliate of the National Wildlife Federation and member of Earth Share of Illinois, a charitable workplace giving program. We are located in the McKinley Foundation building near the University of Illinois campus: Prairie Rivers Network Our important work is supported by the generosity of our members through their tax deductible contributions, and is conducted by our professional staff and volunteers. Prairie Rivers is governed by a 12-member Board of Directors consisting of distinguished University faculty, environmental experts, farmers, and community members. Website architecture by Theodore
